What is 90SecondParent Wellbeing?
The 90SecondParent Wellbeing health letter is designed to improve the wellbeing of parents of children with developmental disabilities. Each health letter will provide valuable information and helpful tips to help parents with their mental health and wellbeing.
Who Can Participate?
We are seeking individuals who:
Live in Canada
Are at least 18 years old
One of the primary caregivers (i. e. grandparent, foster parent, adoptive parent, biological parent, or other unpaid caregiver) for a child with a developmental disability
Spend a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least the past 3 months caring for your child with a developmental disability; and plan to continue caregiving
NOTE: There is no age range for the child/children with developmental disabilities.
How Can I Participate in the Study?

What Will I Need to Participate?
You will need a tablet, a smartphone, or a computer with internet access. You will receive a link to the questionnaires via email. No additional software is needed.
Will my child have to Answer Anything?
No, all questionnaires are directed to you, the caregiver.
Is the study done online?
The study is done fully online. This means that you are able to take part from the comfort of your own home.
What is the Time Commitment?
You will be asked to complete three 15-minute questionnaires.
You will be receiving 2 health letters per week for 18 weeks. Each health letter will take a couple of minutes to read.
What if I Decide to Stop my Participation?
You will receive a short email from us acknowledging that you have decided to stop your participation, and you will be given the option to remove your data from the study. You can stop participating at any time.
